In Denver, Colorado, on April 17th, the 97th annual international conference of NARST (National Association for Research in Science Teaching) kicked off under the theme "Science for the rest of us." Biology educators Prof. Jorge Groß and Malte Michelsen represented the IDN with a related paper set.
Together with Prof. Nadine Tramowsky (University of Education Freiburg) and Prof. Denis Messig (Otto-Friedrich University of Bamberg), they presented their research on the cognitive-linguistic examination of learning progressions related to biological topics.
